Mission
The Professional Development Committee focuses on programs that provide new tools and techniques to enhance professional development and to manage careers through times of change.

Program Description
The committee organizes four to five events per year.   Types of events include the annual Coaching Summit sponsored by Credit Suisse; Women’s Career Journey sponsored by Mercer at which Anne Mulcahy shared her career journey and Dr. David  Nadler and Virginia McLaughlin assisted participants with identification of personal derailers; and Perfect Pitch where participants, utilizing the Color Q assessment, discovered strengths and blind spots in communication style.
